In short

A bespoke professional Pedini kitchen with Gessi fittings, designed in Friuli and delivered to a 1930s loft in Bonn — drawing, supply, freight and installation coordinated by a single party, across a border.

A Pedini kitchen,
across the border.

The project began with a German architecture studio that had specified a professional Pedini kitchen for a converted 1930s loft — exposed beams, top light, a polished white resin floor. They needed one party accountable for the kitchen from executive drawing to working appliances, in another country, language and set of building conventions.

The kitchen — grey oak fronts, professional stainless-steel tops and worktop, a rail hood suspended from the ceiling — was developed entirely by us and reconciled with the studio's drawings. The Gessi tapware and the studio's pale floral wallpaper close the room. The point was simple: handle a job 900 km away with the same care we give one in Sacile.

01 — The brief

One party, accountable across a border.

A studio in Germany had chosen the kitchen but needed someone to own it end-to-end — drawing, supply, shipping and fitting — without juggling separate suppliers in two countries.

The risk in a cross-border job is the seams between trades. The brief was to remove them.

02 — How we ran it

Designed in Friuli, reconciled on site.

Executive drawings produced here and matched against the studio's plans; technical coordination handled directly with the architects. A single consolidated order — Pedini cabinetry, stainless tops, ceiling-mounted hood, Gessi fittings — then freight, paperwork and one scheduled installation window.

One point of contact, one timeline, one responsibility.

03 — The outcome

Delivered to local standard, 900 km away.

The kitchen was installed on schedule and to the same finish standard as a project on our doorstep — appliances connected, tolerances closed against the existing structure.

It is the reference we point European and DACH clients to when they ask whether we can run a turnkey project abroad.
